Ixora Bakery has specialized in wedding cakes since 1988. This family business first started in Jakarta but relocated to Bali when they realized few good cakes were available on the island of the gods.
Ixora uses European recipes and their cakes retain a distinctive western flavor which is hard to find in Bali. Ixora's pastry chefs have been trained by a German educated patisserie chef who still regularly consults with the company.

Ixora wedding cakes are made with premium ingredients. No artificial flavors or preservatives are used. All of the cakes and decorations are hand-made from sugar, chocolate or marxipan. Fresh flowers, fruits, herbs, grasses and even shells are also used to decorate the wedding cakes.
